Mr. Neskis primarily practices in the Norfolk General District Court, Norfolk Police Court, Norfolk Circuit Court, and Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. Mr. Neskis regularly represents clients who have been charged with criminal and traffic offenses including driving while intoxicated DWI (driving while under the influence DUI ), speeding tickets, and reckless driving tickets. Mr. Neskis handles preliminary hearings for those who have a felony charge for such crimes as possession with intent, drug cases, suspended license, hit and run, domestic assault, and habitual offender.
George Neskis is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association. Since his association with this group, he has served as a member of the Program Committee (1988-89), the Criminal Courts Committee (1989-90) and the Courts of Justice Committee. He served as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Young Lawyers Section, in 1993-94. He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar. Additionally, he speaks fluent Greek.
